Hello Chris, I have two HD's with more than one partition on it and USB-stick. Neither could read or write. Starting OO I was asked for recovery of a document. Recovery didn't succeed (not necessary for me) and OO started. Checking them out then EVERY directory was accessable once again. I can't say how or why. But I remember I had that problem after install of my double boot (Ubuntu 8.04/ Windows 98 SE).
Kind regards, Leo On Fri, 2009-01-23 at 04:31 +0000, Chris Cheney wrote: > What other directories are you trying to save to? It says: (other) directory doesn't exist. Copying a file gives the same problem. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/319798 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
