vinagre 0.5.1 Though I've noticed an interesting development: the bug is only present when using a clipboard manager such as glipper.
Ubuntu doesn't have a native clipboard manager so something like glipper needs to be used. Without glipper, if you copy something from a program such as firefox, then close firefox, the clipboard is emptied so you have to re-open firefox, re-copy what you want, then switch apps, then paste, then switch back to firefox and close it... big pain, so until Ubuntu develops proper clipboard support, something like glipper is indeed necessary for proper daily use.
