I found a way to avoid this problem : i installed gshutdown (sudo apt-get install gshutdown), wrote the script below and put a shortcut for this script on my desktop. Now when i want to shut down my laptop i just have to click on the shortcut and amarok properly exits. On next reboot playlists are ok :-)
