  The apport hook for X attempts to run this tool and include its output,
  but this is unlikely to work for two reasons:
  
  1. intel_reg_dumper is only available in xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg,
  which the user is unlikely to have installed
  
  2. Even if they happen to have xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg installed,
  the hook will be running with user privileges, and intel_reg_dumper
  requires root
