To help diagnose this, can you attach the output from "ldd" as requested
above.
erani, are you running 64bit Ubuntu? If so, for running 3rd-party 32bit
binaries, you will either need to run inside a "chroot", or you will
need to wait for the 3rd parties to start making available 64bit builds
of their programs.
