Well my previous comment was from 10 days ago, on an up to date Edgy, so unless something changed since then...
btw I don't remember it being deterministically reproducible - I haven't noticed any specific series of steps that would recreate this every time (though maybe I just didn't notice the steps involved). But it happened often enough to be noticeable (and annoying) ever since I first installed Dapper, and still happened as recent as two weeks ago.
