Public bug reported:
When I want to see some fortune cookie, apears in english.
I think that it would be good if ubuntu comes with fortunes-es package
installed, or the one that corresponded to the user language.
STEPS
1.- Install ubuntu in spanish
2.- Open a terminal and launch "fortune"
3.- Learn some english to understand the cookie and report a bug
