This bug is describing very poor usability in OpenOffice Calc.
Scenario is that user is trying to rename protected sheet, but didn't
get any error message. Calc is just ignoring all attempts for renaming
without explanation, so user is just confused and haven't clue why is
renaming/moving/deleting not working. Best solution would be to show
"Protected sheet cannot be modified" message (similar message already
exists for deleting/modifying protected cells).
Recreation:
1) protect current sheet (Tools > Protect Document > Sheet... )
2) try to rename sheet (double click on sheet tab)
This behavior is affecting all versions of OpenOffice (tested in Ubuntu
8.10 on OO2.4 and OO3.0)
