Public bug reported:

This is what have had happened when i try to install Kubuntu 6.06 lts. I
have 2 (NTFS) primary partitions and extended one. Under that exteded i
have had created ext3 partition and linux swap , and i allready had 2
big NTFS patritions + one fat32.

In step 5 of installation progress i have choosen to manualy setup partitions.
Next thing that is happening is that a new window has opened but there is not
any list of patritions. When i click on next , installer crashes.
I dont wanna make any consionlutions but i allso tryed tho start QTPArted, and
he olso crashes.

Then, i tryed to repeat the installation, but this time with Ubuntu 6.06
lts and there was no problem.Gparted seems, to read partition table
without any problem. The Ubuntu was successfully installed, under the
same conditions.

Sorry for a bad English .
