Public bug reported:
Soundconverter is a simple yet great application, and one of the best
GUI frontends for converting between sound formats.
However, it falls short of providing powerful users with more control
over the conversion. E.g. instead of providing five quality levels
please provide the bit rates (or all quality levels for Vorbis).
Also options about the sampling frequency, stereo etc. are missing.
