Since version 2.25 (Jaunty), nautilus now provides
/usr/share/applications/nautilus.browser.desktop, which causes a 'File
Browser' launcher to be shown in Applications -> System Tools. This is
not necessary, as the file browser is easily accessible from the Places
menu, and the addition of this launcher also causes the "System Tools"
sub-menu to be shown on the default install (with just a single
launcher), when it was hidden previously
