I am not able to find an exact duplicate but I will keep my eye open for this bug. I got the solution to change the keyring password:
Applications > Accessories > Password and Encryption Keys Once open go to Edit > Preferences In the Password Keyring tab, select your keyring and click "Unlock Password" Ideally, tools that change your password would include a line to configure PAM so that when the user password changes, the keyring syncs up with that change.
