Hi Jason, Would you be willing to test the most recent pre-release of Jaunty 9.04 (currently Alpha3) - http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/jaunty/ . You should be able to test via a LiveCD. It would be nice to know if this "slow to disable wifi" issue remains. Thanks.
