Thanks, but that's not a bug. The server sends the 301 error with an
alternative address to try because the information you're trying to
access has moved. A web browser would redirect transparently to this
address without you knowing, but apt won't do that for you. You should
either fix DNS on your machine or specify the correct IP address (which
might change again anyway) of 91.189.88.40
