Thank you Chris, this has worked. I can open touchpad tool now. As follow up to your request I am working on Toshiba Satellite A105-S4284 and here are the rest of the files: 1. Linux miro 2.6.27-11-generic #1 SMP Thu Jan 29 19:24:39 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux 2. ...command not found 3. ...command not found I don't know why I could not get any response on your lines 2 and 3, but I copied your exact commands into terminal. If you know what is it that I'm doing wrong, let me know, please, and I'll repeat it. Thank you very much for your help.
