In dapper, kdelibs4c2a has version 4:3.5.2-0ubuntu18 according to
packages.ubuntu.com. It seems like your /etc/apt/sources.list may have
repositories other than the official dapper ones, which contain version
4:3.5.3-0ubuntu0.1 of the package. The same is probably true for the
other dependencies it complains about.
Can you show us what repositories are in your /etc/apt/sources.list?
