Hi Chris,

Thanks for the suggestion.  This is definitely a UI quirk and bug.  I
had to enable the "Check Spelling" option first in the drop-down menu.
 Then I could access the "Languages" option.  So strange.  The correct
way to set this should be through the Firefox preferences, as my
screenshots document.

Thanks again for the heads up though.  Perhaps Mozilla can fix this in
the future.  Maybe I will notify upstream...
