Sorry, I might be "jumping the gun", but I see no apparent reason why a
development version should receive less updates than a released version?
On the contrary, in a released version, updates have to be a LOT more
thoroughly considered, reviewed, and tested, before release.

Regarding the importance, the fault itself should be just as "bad" now
as it had been in March 2007? Only the impact on the release would be
greater in march, which is why i still think the bug itself deserves a
bit higher rating than "medium".

Anyways, I just hope someone fixes this soon. I like staying on the
bleeding edge to be able to beta-test and come with feedback and
suggestions BEFORE things are set in stone. I'm prepared to mess around
with road bumps and an unbootable system from time to time, but seeing
an error being fixed and not sharing the effects is a little
frustrating. :)
