For security reasons some trackers demand you use the latest stable
versions of Azureus. At the moment i cannot upgrade to the most secure
latest stable version from azureus in the repositaries. So i guess
enabling the internal upgrade manager would be a good thing. I am not
sure what the debian policy about this is, but from a pragmatic point of
view i think it is a good thing if ubuntu users can get all the security
and bugfixes available.
