Public bug reported:

I switched my keyboard layout to Dvorak a while ago, and decided just to
stick with QWERTY, and now that I have QWERTY back, everything works
except for X-Chat.

X-Chat quits (without outputting anything to the console) when I press
Ctrl+X, which if I recall, was Ctrl+Q in dvorak mode. It seems that one
keybinding wasn't changed through the keyboard layout?

I had this in dapper, and I upgraded to Edgy a few days ago, and still
have this problem.

I also checked my xchat2 keybinding config file to make sure there is
nothing odd in there, and there isn't...

It'd be nice if I could copy+paste :P
