Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

Using: Ubuntu 8.10

Not sure what the package of the terminal is, I think its the basic one
and newest emacs one via 22 with x support.

What I expected to happen was going back to terminal to continue using
commands.

However, after I write a program or not, I close emacs 22 with x support,
does not matter if I save or not, I cannot use any commands, like if I type in
pwd, nothing happens.

Let me know the issue asap,
Thank you,

Peace.
