There's still a problem here in jaunty, although the missing menu items
are cli and cli-expert rather than server and server-expert.
(Most people will not see this problem, as it is not visible from the
default gfxboot interface, so I'm dropping the importance. However, some
people end up at the older-style syslinux menu interface for one reason
or another, so the bug is still valid.)
