Hi, yes it is reproducible. At least on my computer. To recreate this bug just drag and drop an MP3 or OGG file into your (firefox) browser window. On hardy these files will start to play within the browser with the totem plugin. On Jaunty these files will be offered to download because firefox doesn't know what to do with them since there MIME types aren't registered (see about:plugins).
