The disk is an acomdata HD-320 FE5-72. I'll have to check the logs, I didn't think of that...
Also, I have a temporary fix through a script in /etc/pm/sleep.d that removes the modules sbp2, ohci1394 and ieee1394 from the kernel on sleep, and reinserts them on resume.
