See: #291878 and #295251 . Those Bugs describe similar Problems. As the Kernel Log already suggests, one can setup the keys with setkeycodes, for instance in /usr/share/hotkey-setup/samsung.hk .
But even though the Keys are then recognized, pressing a key such as Backlight + or Backlight - the kernel, X11 or whatever thinks one keeps pressing/releasing that button for ever. Possibly an adapted kernel patch like the one supplied there will work for the R560 as well.
