your grub menu is in the file /boot/grub/menu.lst boot into ubuntu and edit that file (as root): near the top of the file, you'll see a value called "default", probably set to 0. change that to the entry that is windows on your system in the meantime, you might want to try upgrading your ubuntu system to the latest version, and see if wireless is fixed for you good luck
