Public bug reported:
My dist. is jaunty, i.e. alpha version of Ubuntu 9.10. My locale is
zh_TW.UTF-8, and desktop is gnome. When I use mc in gnome-terminal, it
would corrupt the mc display when I move scrollbar down, as shown in the
attached pic.
This bug is similar to #173322 & #66272, but the previous two issues are
all closed, so I create a new one for jaunty.
