The multi-finger click patch that Alberto posted, and that is included
in the new synaptics driver package breaks the expected behavior for
multitouch clicking on my MacBook Pro 4,1, and likely does for newer
macbooks/macbook pros and the macbook air series.

The expected behavior for right clicking is to put two fingers on the
pad, then click the mouse button. With this patch, I have to place three
fingers on the pad and click the button in order to right-click.
Removing this patch returns my touchpad back to the expected behavior.
