Oh, a correction. For Radeon 9800, probably the fix is not yet even in Ubuntu 7.04 development branch, but it should be corrected, as of today, in MESA/DRM's GIT repository at http://gitweb.freedesktop.org/?p=mesa/drm.git;a=summary
