Thank you for reporting this bug. It seems that you are not the only one
experiencing problems with the ubuntu10.3 version of the driver. Could you help
us debug this problem by upgrading to 10.3 again and attaching the following
files:
- /var/log/Xorg.0.log
- the output of `lspci -vvnn`
- /etc/X11/xorg.conf if you made an changes there
(then you can downgrade again).
It may also be useful to have the Xorg.0.log from the downgraded version for
comparison.
