Public bug reported:

Please pardon my informal and probably very lacking report of this bug,
im rather new to the linux community. Recently I have installed Ubuntu
on my machine (I have prior experience with DSL,
Knoppix,Slax,Opensuse,Fedora and a few other distributions. I found the
install quite easy and the add/remove applciation utility to be
exceptional. To date I only have minor issues. I tried to install the 64
bit version but due to the lack of sun support for 64 bit ubuntu I opted
to return to 32 bit.

The issue:

I run various Java based applications, Wurm online to name a specific
one. (a java based mmorpg)

While running this application I have noticed I am unable to run Youtube
or Hulu based videos for longer than perhaps 5 seconds time, at which
point the stop playing, there is no indication of a crash but the video
is freezeing. The fault is duplicateable.

I have the most recent Sun package installed, I am using the 177 Nvidia
driver package for video processing (I have no dedicated video card,
just the onboard video processor.) The tower is a Compaq 1.9gb amd64 x2
Duel core processor 4000+.

The release is : Ubuntu 8.10 release 8.10
(Had difficulties aquiring the Java Version and Flash Version but i believe
java is 1.5.0, flash was installed from the website.) I used the ubuntu
restricted package.

If I can be of further help on what information to report please notify
me. And if you would mind, if the reporting requires specific commands
please include them also.
