Public bug reported:

Not a real show stopper but quite often when booting Feisty 64 I get the
kernel hanging whilst allocating memory to PCI devices.  It takes
usually 3 reboots to get the kernal to move beyond that point and
continue from then on it's fine.

Kernel-2.6.17 didn't give me any boot issues at all.

Will add more info to this later this weekend when I get time.
