yes this issue persists.
i believe it has something to do with the USB activation within the kernel and 
driver loading sequence of the LiveCD or installation.
i rarely am able to make the bluetooth mouse and keyboard work and pretty much 
gave up on trying.
Sometimes I can make the lights come on denoting that it has paired up with the 
bluetooth dongle but nothing works after that
one odd thing is that i have a standard 2.4ghz (non bluetooth) keyboard with 
integrated touchpad and that works perfectly fine no matter what machine i use 
it on.
I am not sure if it is the particular board i am using - DFI X48 T2RSB Plus, or 
if it is something else.
