There is a debian bug about this (see bug watch) which has changed the previous
Suggests libjpeg-progs into a Recommends libjpeg-progs to let most frontends
install it automatically.
Rejecting gqview task since I believe that frontends like synaptic should
install Recommends by default, dselect already does this. This has already been
reported as bug #8896.
If you used apt-get to install gqview you are responsible for installing
Recommended packages yourself.
