Hwy guys, I have the acer ao1 and this bug affected my network mod, I get no wifi or cable lan. My suggestion is, after I noticed the bug and confirmed it is the kernel I just modified my boot list to log to the .9 kernel instead, everything is working until the bug its fixed.

I'm going to re-installed 8.10 and update everything except the last kernal update until the bug has been fixed. The only problem is I do not remember exactly what the update was titled. I do remember it referring to the kernal and quite possibly 'kernal header', so if someone knows exactly please let me know. The problem seems hardware related. Acer Aspire One fails, while Dell 6400 works. Occasionally, when booting to Kernel 2.6.27-11 eth1 will appear in Network Manager and connect.
