After two years, the status of this was changed from Invalid to New. If the same problem has recurred, with the same configuration, then fresh debug information should be attached; otherwise, it will be difficult to impossible to triage this report.
If someone has encountered a similar problem but with a different configuration, they should open a new bug report, not resurrect an old one. If this is a support issue (how do I get Ubuntu to do X) then a support ticket should be opened, not a bug report.
