There have been lots of upstream changes since the last debian package
so the diff from debian if pretty large. Also as it is now a panel
applet, it took a patch from svn to be able to install it to the right
location.
Packages for Intrepid and Jaunty are in my PPA for testing.

- Added ${misc:Depends} to Depends.
* debian/rules:
- No longer need to rename exacutable.
- Fix lintian warning: debian-rules-ignores-make-clean-error
- Install exacutable to /usr/lib/gnome-panel
- Install gconf schemas to /usr/share/gconf/schemas
- Add dpatch magic.
* debian/patches/10_fix_hard_link.dpatch:
- Use upstream svn changes to fix a hard link in wp_tray.server.
As we patch configure.ac, autoconf is also re-run.
