Binary package hint: network-manager
distro: ubuntu jaunty with latest updates
hardware: asus eeepc 901
wireless module: rt2860sta
problem: wep authentication doesn't work
steps to reproduce:
1. select in nm-applet: Connect to Hidden Wireless Network...
2. enter necessary information about connection
3. press "Connect"
what should happens: wifi should be connected
what happens: network-manager try to connect, then it fails, and then it shows
"WEP authentication" window with information, which have been typed.
Of course, all input data about connection is correct.
