Binary package hint: texlive-extra-utils
I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 and have texlive-extra-utils 2007.dfsg.2-3ubuntu1.
The latest version of detex is 2.8, and 2.7 is in the current texlive
svn repo. Why not include one of these in Ubuntu?
