* Add 108_dont_disable_vga_centering_bit.patch. Cherry-pick from
upstream commit 3aa8591abfbe8db0f13912910c850fdd748808df.
Don't disable vga centering bit. Causes failure to display
lower resolutions on Eee PCs, etc.

With my Sony Vaio (i945) I can swith to have my internal screen also on the
projector with "xrandr --auto" but when unplugging the projector the internal
screen image disappears
