Can you please do
lshal > lshal-old.txt
with the old (downgraded) hal-info installed and the ipod plugged in?
Then please upgrade to the latest hal-info in hardy-updates, verify that
it does not work any more, and do
lshal > lshal-new.txt
. Please attach both files. Thank you!
