When the notebook resumed it cut off/crashed again and I have to boot it
pressing the power button.

In all these cases the notebook wakes up and cut off/crashed again and I
have to boot it pressing the power button.

Finally, this happens with Kernel 2.6.27-9-generic. The notebook went to
sleep and woke up normally:
