After shutdown evolution, I moved away ".evolution/mail/local/Inbox*", reopen the evolution and import the Inbox - but it didn't solved problem, and was even worse, because no emails where visible (other subfolders where ok).
Deleting ".evolution/mail/local/folders.db" has the expected effect.
