The bug is still in intrepid, util-linux 2.14-1ubuntu2

Have an old laptop with unaccurate hwclock. When network comes up sysclock set 
by ntpdate.
After that util-linux script sets it again to wrong time from the hwclock.

Please fix this longstanding bug it reflects badly on ubuntu.
