Hi, I am getting this with Intrepid, and TB version 2.0.0.19 (20090105)
The Prefs window opens with a size which depends upon which tab was selected when you had it open last. Therefore if you go to a tab with more info on it, the bottom parts may be missing. How long I searched for the Composition -> General -> 'Send Options' button!!!!!!!!!!
