*slaps forehead* that's indeed it! We filter out translations where
msgid == msgstr, since especially in English those just waste a ton of
space. But we shouldn't do it for pt_BR, for this very reason.
I'll change langpack-o-matic to not filter them out any more, and then
the next set of langpacks will fix it.
