Binary package hint: apt
I am using apt 0.7.14ubuntu6.
I noticed that apt-mark cannot mark some packages as being automatically
installed. I think that this is because these packages aren't listed in
/var/lib/apt/extended_states. Apt-get treats such packages as being installed
manually.
