Problem was caused by 32 bit Flash plugin.

Plugin changes/updates were apparently not considered by the update,
which caused this problem.


PLEASE,


updating operating systems, can cause all kinds of problems. It would be useful 
to have a simple method to give an immediate feedback on issues. To give a 
feedback by a bugsystem like this, is for most users to complicated. A lot of 
bugs and issues will therefore never reach the pros like you. 

I would really like to see such a website, which offers a simple
feedback mechanism, to tell you, that there is a problem of some kind,
which was most likely caused by the update. Otherwise ubuntu can become
very frustrating ...
