Thanks for your report. I'm going to reject this bug since it's not a bug in
the Ubuntu distribution, and so it doesn't belong here.
Secondly 'licence' is correct British English equivalent of the 'license' in
American English (source: Wikipedia [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Licence]).
