otherlibs/highgui seems to have v4l capabilities, but the package is not
using libv4l do handle the devices. This may cause problems.

I'd like to see the various build warnings from the buildlog[1] cleaned up
before this MIR continues. e.g.:
cxpersistence.cpp:1001: warning: suggest parentheses around && within ||
cxpersistence.cpp:2800: warning: ignoring return value of 'char* fgets(char*,
int, FILE*)', declared with attribute warn_unused_result
cvcalibfilter.cpp:733: warning: ignoring return value of 'int fscanf(FILE*,
const char*, ...)', declared with attribute warn_unused_result
_cv.cpp:867: warning: format not a string literal and no format arguments
